The arrival of Brooklynn.

On December 13th at 8:26am Brooklynn Noel Anders was born. It was such a huge blessing. Even though it was a week earlier than expected everything went very smooth. Angie was so thankful to get this pregnancy behind her and thankful that it went so well. Her water broke at 4am so we jumped into gear (well, Angie jumped into the tub to avoid any more mess) and headed to the hospital. She was able to get an epidural in time so there was little to no pain during delivery. We got to the hospital about 5am, got checked in, IV started, epidural started, antibiotic started, and baby born by 8:30am. It was all rather quick but it was a blessing because we were able to spend the rest of the day enjoying our new baby and letting Angie rest as much as possible.

All the kids are enjoying having a new baby around. Angie is doing a lot of resting and is feeling better everyday. Bethany took a little time to warm up to her new sister but now loves holding and kissing her. It's so fun to watch all the kids crowd around her loving on her.

It's still strange to think of having 9 children now. Just when we got used to counting to 8 everywhere we went, now we have to remember to count to 9.
