Update

I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything. It's not because not a lot has been going on, I guess I just haven't found the time to sit down and start writing. There have been a lot of things happening recently that I thought I would jot down and try to begin a log of what God is doing in our family.

One thing of interest that I believe God allowed us to do is to meet the Duggar family from Arkansas. They are the family on The Learning Channel with 18 children. We met them at Dollywood and then again were able to visit with them at a local church last Sunday night. We had the opportunity to talk with them about different things and meet several of their children. They are a wonderful Godly example of a family who desires to honor Him with their family. It was a blessing to get to visit with them.

Another bit of news that I learned about the other day was that I have been accepted to Dallas Theological Seminary. The seminary will be having an extension campass here in Knoxville and classes start this August. I'm very excited and praying that God will provide all the funds I need so that I can pay for it as I go and not end up with a lot of debt at the end. I'm going to try to make this blog a place where I can document my experience in seminary and all the ways God is blessing our family through this process. So stay tuned to see what He's up to.

Last but not least, we had more good news in the last couple of weeks. We found out that God has blessed us with another baby on the way. I'm so thankful to God for His continued blessing and faithfulness to us. Angie is doing well and is due sometime in December. I'll keep you posted on all this as well.

There's a lot going on around here and it's all very exciting.
